Feb. 8 - 16, 2008 •• Holy Cross Mission Trip
The Haiti Mission Team from Holy Cross Lutheran Church, Jenison, Illinois, and Immanuel Lutheran Church, Grand Rapids, Michigan, went on a mission trip to Les Cayes, Haiti, February 8th to 16th, 2008. The team worked closely with the ministries associated with the First Evangelical Lutheran Church in Les Cayes, and with Nora Leon, Holy Cross member and missionary in Haiti.

Sunday, March 15, 2009 we experienced the joy and fellowship that comes when you can look into the eyes of fellow Christians and see the Holy Spirit shining from their souls. That's what I saw in the eyes of our Haitian brothers and sisters in Christ.
