Build decent churches in which to worship
Currently the South District of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Haiti, where Pastor Touloute is serving in Les Cayes, has 35 congregations serving 3,000 to 4,000 worshipers. However, most of the worship centers in the district are inadequate. Helping the worshipers in the district build decent churches in which to worship is a cherished dream of Pastor Touloute and his co-administrators. Only two congregations in the district – Les Cayes and Carrefour Duclos – have decent buildings in which to worship, although neither construction has been completed.
